Balik dari IJN, kami singgah di Ikea sebab anak saudara aku tu nak makan di sana. KL ni ada banyak tempat makan best-best samada western or seafood or Malay yang mana tidak ada di Terengganu. But in Terengganu, you can find other nice eateries too. Cuma mahu cuba yang enggak ada di sana. Ikea restaurant ni sediakan Swedish dishes.
Kami pergilah ke sana. Yang aku suka ialah the big portion at reasonable price with refillable soda drinks. Seronoklah. Kami order 5 plates of chicken chop, 3 plates of 20 pieces meatball and 2 plates of poached salmon with chives. Wawan ambil satu brownies. Harga murah betul. Cuma bila musin cuti sekolah ini, meja susah nak dicari dan panjanglah queue. Sementara tunggu dorang queue, sempatlah aku pergi solat. Balik solat tu, dorang masih beratur. Anyway taklah sampai setengah jam. The system is good.
Makanan banyak tetapi kami cuma 7 orang : 5 adults dan 2 kids. My dear angel, Ain tak habispun her chicken chop which I knew sebab banyak kali aku bawa dia keluar makan but both princess and Ain cuma nak main-main sahaja, makan itu secondary. Sedaya upaya kami cuba habiskan, at the end, kami cuci paper glass dan put leftover meatballs and fries inside. Surprise, Wawan said he is full. Tak heranpun. Apa taknya, he grabbed 2 packets of sandwich masa di IJN dan habiskan by himself plus 1 packet (5 pieces) of putu bambu.
Yang kelakarnya, setelah pusing-pusing, dia beli pula hotdog di tingkat bawah tu. Sebab combo at RM3 sahajalah. Anyway, bagi some credit to him, he could not finished it and share with us. Before balik, Lin dengan Ain had icecream and my brother grabbed 1/2 dozen currypuff untuk dimakan dalam kereta. Ikea currypuff is nice. RM1 per piece, RM5.50 for 6 pieces and RM10 for 12 pieces. Cheapkan, saiznya besar.
Fuyyo, ada sale lah. Ini yang buat aku terkedu. Ikea is one of my therapheutic places but can be torturing too. And aku suka sebab parking is free if you spent at Ikea. Alah, kalau kena bayarpun, cuma RM2 for 1st 3 hours. Alah, tak sampainya 3 jam kat sana. Jenuhpun berpusing satu round.
Sukke, sukke sofa ni. White is my favorite tetapi susahlah nak maintainkan. Sukanya.
The heavy crowd at Ikea cafe. Masa dia orang pergi solat dulu, aku cari tempat. Tapi at the end, kami shifted juga sebab spot yang akak aku jumpa boleh accomodate kami semua dengan selesa. Tak payah 7 of us cramping at 5 seats table kan.
Ain sempat posing while queueing. Minah tu put on make-up. Tetapi kalau nak keluar dengan aku aja, mesti aku larang...hahahaha. dengki mualat tu. Tak adalah, aku tak nak kulit dia rosak sebab awal expose dengan make-up.

Poached Salmon with Chives. Mula tu, aku kata grilled salmon, so of course bila sister-in-law tanya, katanya tak ada, So, we checked the picture. So, dapatlah my brother merasa. Sedap but my other niece, Farah kata yang mentah lagi best. Aku tak boleh makan mentah punya.
my all time favorite - Swedish Meatballs. Ada 20 pieces. Gravy is so nice. If you want to make the gravy, they did sell the instant gravy powder. Instruction is very simple to follow and you can have it with bread too.
Chicken chop. No bone, just meat. Nice and juicy. Sauce ni thinner than above gravy.
Brownies with chocolate coating on top. they said it is nice. I tak cuba sebab perut penuh dnegan meatball dan chicken chop.

tinggi dari my sister. Kalau tinggi dari my sister, mestilah tinggi dari aku. She is having chicken chop.
As unofficial Ikea spokeperson, jemputlah datang ke sini. Harga berpatutan dengan big portion. Selepas tu, selesa dalam aircon. Food is tasty. Their self-service concept okay dan cleaning of dirty tablepun cepat. Ada lagi other food seperti vegetarian pasta with tomato sauce, cold water prawn, salad dan variety of deserts. Kids meal juga disediakan seperti nugget, meatball dan spaghetti. Small portion.
Lin terliur nak masuk dalam kids playground ini tetapi tinggi dia sudah melebihi 130 cm. Definitely tak boleh. If you have small kids, bolehlah letak dia orang di sini. Rasanya dia bagi bracelet utk parents match dengan kids. Kalau you all nak ambil semula, they use the bracelet as identification. If I am wrong, soriler. Anyway, dengan your kids berada di secure place, you call can do your shopping comfortably without hassling with them dan masa sama, rasa tenang, knowing your kids ada di tempat selamat.Kena beratur, mungkin sebab cuti sekolah kot.
